Thanks for sharing your overview of the places that you visited in Thailand. There are so many places to visit in Thailand. I need to make a return trip to see the island-life of this country. Would love to visit Koh Nang Yuan as it looks stunning!
Oh yes, you need to.
This is a very good 9 days itinerary for Central Thailand and Gulf of Thailand. I loved that you summarized it in a bullet point list! I love lists!! Unfortunately Bangkok for me was just the starting point for a trip to Ao Nang, Phi Phi before heading to Chiang Mai but I’m definitely considering to go back to visit Central Thailand as well. Thank you for sharing this post and for including the name of the hotels as well! This is very useful as it definitely saves time when planning!
Hey thanks.
I love all your Thailand posts. Such good information – short and to the point. It is always a good idea to give a rough idea about the budget. Thank you for including that.
Come down here, Suman.
A very interesting tour program. Certainly, many people will be interested.
True that.
What a great, easy to follow guide. I like how you link it to other posts you have written with more details. Thailand is at the top of my list for places to visit. Your information will be very helpful when I visit!
Yes, you will find the detailed plans within.
This is a great itinerary very easy to follow and the pictures make me want to visit Central Thailand! I will definitely have to consider adding this to my Thailand plans!
Do come down, soon.
I love your Thailand content. You always have great information and stick to the point. I visited Thailand many times but I still enjoy reading your posts 🙂
Thanks for the motivation, Daniel.
I really need to return to Thailand for all the lovely places I have missed. I already have Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai in the list but now I have also added (after reading several of your blog posts Shreya) – Koh Tao, Koh Samui and Kanchanaburi. Your detailed posts on each of these places along with breakdown of the costs, places to see and (vegan) food guides are super helpful!
Yes, Medha. Please visit the Gulf of Thailand islands.
Thanks for sharing such a detailed itinerary! I’ve been to Bangkok twice now and really like it. From the looks of it, I would love the Gulf of Thailand islands too. They look and sound amazing. Your itinerary is much more rushed than I prefer to travel but still very useful.
Yes, I usually rush out a lot.
Kanchanaburi and Koh Samui are on my bucket list for the next visit. Thailand is so intersting hat I am yet to explore more. Thanks for this detailed guide.
Hope you will find it useful.
What a fantastic itinerary, especially the amount of detail you have gone into on each place. Even though Thailand is such a touristic destination, there are always hidden gems to find. I am really looking forward to going back to Thailand in the future.
You must visit Thailand, soon.
I wish I would have had time to explore more of Thailand but only made it to Phuket! I love the rich culture, friendly people and how budget friendly it is. I will have to make a trip back soon and follow this guide!
Absolutely.
That’s a nice little itinerary for sure. I’ve been to a few of those spots, and they’re great, especially the likes of Koh Samui. I would personally spend a bit of time in Bangkok at the end, or some more time before, but that’s just because I like the pace of the city. Thanks for putting this together!
Glad you liked it.
I really enjoy exploring the islands. I would love to go to Thailand and see all the wonderful places you mentioned. This is an amazing country with many interesting places to visit. However, I prefer to stay longer in one place and I would probably have to choose between them which is never easy.
I know, that’s tough to decide.
Quite a simple yet informative overview of the itinerary. I have been to Thailand so many times and loved Koh Samui especially and also the vibrant city of Bangkok. Koh Tao is next on my list and I will probably get my PADI there too.
That’s gonna be interesting.
